Shipping Information

In most cases UPS will be quicker, cheaper & have a tracking number but will not ship to a box number. If you have a street address in most cases it will be cheaper & more convenient to ship by UPS. It is not possible to track Canada Post

• Lettermail USA 10 to 14 working days
• Lettermail International 10 to 21 working days
• Expedited Parcel Canada 3 to 7 working days
• Expedited parcel USA 7 to 14 working days
• Xpresspost USA 3 to 5 working days
• Xpresspost International 7 to 9 business days
• UPS std Canada/USA 7 to 9 working days
• UPS Xpress Canada/USA 1 to 3 working days (UPS will not guarantee customs will clear any parcel for next day delivery in the USA)
• UPS Xpress International 3 to 7 working days depending how far away from a major center the destination is

All overnight shipping to the USA is always subject to customs clearance & customs delays.

Supplying an incorrect address will be subject to a UPS surcharge of approximately $7 if the product is delivered. If the product is returned to us full shipping costs will be charged. Once the parcel has left we cannot change the address details. If the shipping address if different to the billing address please advise the receiver the package will be arriving.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible all topographic maps will be shipped folded. Requests to ship maps rolled flat in a tube we will do so, extra charges will apply, in some cases the shipping cost will be four to five times higher. If possible refuse all obviously damaged parcels.
