Returns will be accepted within a 7 day period, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. Products that come back to us damaged will not be accepted for credit & shipping will be charged.
All refunds will be made using the same form of payment as was used for the purchase. A copy of the invoice is required.
Topographic maps & Digital maps are non-returnable. Defective digital products will be exchanged after we inspect the item & the problem. Special orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Refused delivery products will not be refunded for shipping & will be charged the full amount for special orders.
